The IDCL is developing a new generation of leaders of color committed to public service to ensure a more representative democracy and a diverse civic community in Greater Boston.  Our graduates have completed an intensive 16-week training program for current and aspiring candidates, appointees, public servants and campaign staff.  Take a look at the new generation.
